This great read will help you identify your personality type, and give insight into jobs that will give you fulfillment.
2. Get inspired!
Take the new knowledge of who you are and get inspired. What are some ways you want to make an impact in your work? What traits do you bring to the workplace that are unique and needed?
Answering those questions will help you target an organization where you can flourish and make a difference in your career.
3. Go do it!Change can be scary but exhilarating. If you’re worried of making a leap from where you are now, that’s okay.
Start small. Work on developing personally and professionally by reading and researching. Find people who have a solid footing in your desired career field and ask them questions.
Most importantly though, do something. Quit thinking about your dream job, and take steps to make it happen. Your future starts now!
